Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales administration work, ensuring smooth operations
- Documentation and filing of customer orders
- Maintain and update records for sales and stock listings
- Arrange third-party logistics transport when needed
- Contact and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and Factory team for stock deliveries
- Assist Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager in day-to-day tasks
- Ensure the effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements
- Adhere to safety and performance standards
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as required
- Provide customer service and handle inquiries
- Conduct basic sales data analysis
Job Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in Marketing or other related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Excel is required.
