Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales administration work, ensuring smooth operations
  • Documentation and filing of customer orders
  • Maintain and update records for sales and stock listings
  • Arrange third-party logistics transport when needed
  • Contact and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Coordinate with Sales Executives and Factory team for stock deliveries
  • Assist Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager in day-to-day tasks
  • Ensure the effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements
  • Adhere to safety and performance standards
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as required
  • Provide customer service and handle inquiries
  • Conduct basic sales data analysis

Job Requirements:

  • SPM or Diploma in Marketing or other related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in computer use.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel is required.
