Job Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and analyzing industry trends
- Explore potential business opportunities from various sources and channels
- Research and recommend new opportunities to enhance profitability and service quality
- Collect customer feedback through Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Analyze collected data and feedback, providing reports to management
- Maintain and update the Customer Master List
- Ensure the effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements
- Assist in marketing prospecting and related duties
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
