Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and inform guests about promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Process payments and operate the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies when needed
• Engage with customers and provide drink recommendations
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor customer behavior

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B, bartending, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages is an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
