Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Possess a strong understanding of design layout, construction materials, and provide installation guidance to site workers
• Prepare for installation works and liaise with relevant parties
• Communicate and coordinate with site workers and other contractors
• Assist superiors in attending meetings, communicating, and building relationships with customers
• Supervise on-site work and ensure safety compliance
• Assist in work inspections and quality control
• Determine appropriate installation locations and provide professional advice
• Ensure minimal material wastage and optimize workforce efficiency
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently as directed by team leaders
• Maintain records and manage daily activities and project progress at the site
• Train and guide new workers to maintain high work standards
• Ensure professionalism in the company’s installation and maintenance teams
• Organize regular employee training on products, installation techniques, and safety awareness
• Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors, seeking clarification when needed

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (experience in construction is an advantage)
• Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
• Skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Air Conditioning Systems & Mechanical Ventilation is preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills
• Cheerful, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic
• Candidates residing near Skudai are preferred
