Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and safety of the project, managing construction balance and processes effectively
• Conduct inspections for air conditioning system drainage, refrigerant pipes, concealed piping, hidden engineering, and electrical wiring installations
• Use AutoCAD or GstarCAD software to prepare ACMV layout plans, project submission drawings, and as-built drawings
• Attend and participate in all critical project meetings
• Develop and propose monthly and annual supervision and inspection plans based on construction progress
• Collaborate with the construction unit to create an overall project schedule based on contract timelines.
• Ensure timely and quality project completion while minimizing costs and optimizing material usage
• Maintain daily records of construction technical work progress on-site

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (experience in construction is an advantage)
• Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Air Conditioning Systems & Mechanical Ventilation is preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills
• Cheerful, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic
• Candidates residing near Skudai are preferred
