Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review project budgets, ensuring accuracy and cost efficiency
- Participate in bidding, procurement, and contract reviews
- Oversee cost control during project construction and bidding
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and liaise with departments
- Handle project documentation, bidding documents, and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Construction and Contract Law (PAM CONTRACT)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
- Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience: 2-3 years in M&E (preferred)
- Others: Team player, good communication skills. Skudai residents preferred
