Job Responsibilities:
- Handle office correspondence, documents, invoices, and calls
- Assist with inventory management and customer service
- Prepare quotations and follow up on payments
- Manage schedules and support the technical team
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Organize emails, faxes, and paperwork
- Perform other assigned administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred)
- Skills: AutoCount, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience: 1 year preferred, fresh graduates welcome
- Education: Diploma in Business/Admin/Management or related field
- Others: Team player, responsible, proactive. Skudai residents preferred
