Job Responsibilities:
- Handle office correspondence, document filing, and general administrative tasks
- Manage emails, calls, customer service, and daily paperwork
- Assist with quotations, valuation calculations, and inventory management
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor, including urgent work
Job Requirements:
- Education: SPM/Diploma in Business/Admin/Management or related field
- Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred)
- Skills: AutoCount, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience: 1 year preferred, fresh graduates welcome
- Others: Team player, responsible, proactive. Skudai residents preferred
