Job Responsibilities:
- Process marketplace orders and generate invoices using SQL
- Pack and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups on missing or mishandled parcels
- Drop off parcels at the nearest MBE or GDEX branch
- Arrange installation and service appointments, coordinating with technicians and customers
- Provide customer service and follow up on inquiries and concerns
- Conduct inventory checks, update stock levels, and perform stock-taking
- Maintain records, filing, and updating reports in Excel
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in the water filter industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and deadline-driven
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Independent and results-oriented
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and own transport
