Job Responsibilities:
1. Internal Governance
- Coordinate with HR on policy implementation and compliance
- Conduct annual policy training sessions
2. Patent Monitoring
- Ensure timely patent renewals and payments
- Work with patent agents on claim amendments
3. Contracts Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
4. Risk Management: Conduct legal risk assessments
5. Investor & Public Relations
- Coordinate with IR/PR agents for strategic communications
- Manage corporate profiles on digital platforms
6. Litigation Support: Gather evidence and coordinate with external legal counsel
7. Sustainability & CSR
- Oversee sustainability reporting and ESG integration
- Organize CSR activities
8. Corporate & Ad-hoc Duties
- Prepare Annual Report content and AGM presentations
- Handle assignments from CEO/COO and liaise with third parties
- Monitor the legal department budget
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Law and Commerce
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as an in-house counsel (preferably in manufacturing)
- Skills: Strong communication, decision-making, and project management skills
