Job Responsibilities:
- Research and develop new products to meet market trends
- Conduct hands-on R&D activities and generate lab reports
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers on material-related issues
- Source new raw materials for product development
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 2-3 years in the chemical industry (preferably in paint and coatings)
- Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
