Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit new applicants for the company
• Prepare and manage personnel performance appraisals, ensuring KPI and staff performance evaluations are provided to the management team
• Oversee salary distribution for staff
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts

Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year in a related field
• Skills: Familiar with recruitment processes and local labor laws
• Qualifications: Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Other Skills: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (writing in Mandarin is not required, but must be able to speak, read, and understand Mandarin)
