Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to player inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to gameplay, bugs, and account management
  • Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams when needed
  • Record and document customer feedback to improve game performance and user experience
  • Provide friendly and empathetic communication to maintain positive player relationships
  • Moderate forums and social media platforms to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Update customer accounts and log interactions in the CRM system
  • Monitor and meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Strong passion for gaming and knowledge of popular platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (multilingual abilities are a strong advantage)
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on shifts
