Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to player inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and resolve issues related to gameplay, bugs, and account management
- Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams when needed
- Record and document customer feedback to improve game performance and user experience
- Provide friendly and empathetic communication to maintain positive player relationships
- Moderate forums and social media platforms to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Update customer accounts and log interactions in the CRM system
- Monitor and meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or above
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong passion for gaming and knowledge of popular platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (multilingual abilities are a strong advantage)
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifts
