Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction and build trust with each interaction
- Lead Training Sessions: Conduct engaging sessions to help clients use products confidently and effectively
- Resolve Customer Concerns: Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- First-Contact Solutions: Aim to resolve issues efficiently during the first interaction
- Collaborate on Complex Cases: Work with the support team to resolve more challenging or technical issues
- Foster Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships that promote loyalty and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and messaging platforms
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Plus Points:
- Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate in Chinese
