Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction and build trust with each interaction
  • Lead Training Sessions: Conduct engaging sessions to help clients use products confidently and effectively
  • Resolve Customer Concerns: Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • First-Contact Solutions: Aim to resolve issues efficiently during the first interaction
  • Collaborate on Complex Cases: Work with the support team to resolve more challenging or technical issues
  • Foster Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships that promote loyalty and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and messaging platforms
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Plus Points:
    • Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting
    • Ability to communicate in Chinese
