Position: Female Sorter-Anchovy Sorting
Job Responsibilities:
- Sort and clean anchovies according to size and quality standards
- Remove unwanted materials and maintain hygiene throughout the sorting process
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in sorting based on product specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Female candidates only (due to the nature of the sorting process)
- Able to tolerate strong fish smells and work in a food processing environment
- Physically fit and able to sit or stand for extended periods
- No formal education required
- Punctual, responsible, and a good team player
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or seafood processing is an added advantage
