Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers and equipment to meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards and minimize wastage
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to production staff to enhance skills and understanding of processes
• Address and resolve production issues, including conflicts or disputes among team members
• Oversee regular maintenance and repairs of production equipment to reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Maintenance, Logistics) to ensure a smooth and efficient production process

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines to maintain smooth production operations
