Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and refund processes
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to maintain satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and company updates
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Multitask and manage responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in Mandarin (required to support Mandarin-speaking customers and coordinate with HQ)
- Preferably with prior experience in online customer service or e-commerce support
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
