Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, and social media platforms
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and refund processes
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to maintain satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and company updates
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Multitask and manage responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent in Mandarin (required to support Mandarin-speaking customers and coordinate with HQ)
  • Preferably with prior experience in online customer service or e-commerce support
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
