We are seeking a Clinic Assistant with experience in the aesthetic field to support our aesthetic doctor during skin treatments and ensure smooth clinic operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining a professional environment, assisting with procedures, and providing outstanding patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clinical Support
  • Assist the aesthetic doctor during skin treatments and procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials to meet hygiene standards
  • Support patient positioning and equipment handling during treatments
  • Monitor and record treatment results, adverse reactions, and patient information
• Administrative & Operational Duties
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling
  • Maintain accurate treatment records, billing, and patient histories
  • Handle billing, payment processing, and insurance coordination as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering clinic supplies
• Patient Care
  • Greet and prepare customers for treatments, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care as directed by the doctor.
  • Provide product and treatment information to patients.​

Job Requirements:

• Preferred: Experience in an aesthetic clinic or skincare center
• Familiarity with skincare procedures, products, and equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology in skincare/aesthetics
• Certification in medical assisting or a related field is a plus
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on skincare technologies and trends
