Job Responsibilities:

  • Issuing Invoices: Accurately prepare and issue invoices for goods and services provided
  • Order Placement: Process customer orders efficiently and coordinate with suppliers or departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Quotation Preparation: Create and send quotations to customers according to their requirements and company pricing policies
  • Customer Communication: Handle inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues professionally
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for orders, quotations, and invoices
  • Document Management: Organize and file documents such as purchase orders, quotations, and invoices
  • Clerical Support: Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling, and supporting other departments as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
