Job Responsibilities:
- Issuing Invoices: Accurately prepare and issue invoices for goods and services provided
- Order Placement: Process customer orders efficiently and coordinate with suppliers or departments to ensure timely delivery
- Quotation Preparation: Create and send quotations to customers according to their requirements and company pricing policies
- Customer Communication: Handle inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues professionally
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for orders, quotations, and invoices
- Document Management: Organize and file documents such as purchase orders, quotations, and invoices
- Clerical Support: Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling, and supporting other departments as needed
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic office equipment
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
