Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in an efficient, well-organized, and timely manner
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the executive
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Coordinate meetings and handle travel arrangements
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and other office resources
  • Handle any other administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Male candidates only
  • Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
