Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems
  • Handle customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and general office administration tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support the delivery of key projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of improved administrative processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
