Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Manage the tendering process, analyze bids, and recommend suitable contractors
- Monitor project costs, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports
- Handle contract preparation and management, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements
- Propose cost-effective solutions and collaborate with design teams to maintain project quality
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with specifications and budget expectations
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain detailed records of costs, variations, and necessary approvals
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to achieve project goals
- Finalize project accounts, ensuring all costs are reconciled upon project completion
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Construction Management
