Legendary Distribution is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admin to join our team. You will play a key role in data management and coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organise data using Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Coordinate and support daily operational activities
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools (especially Sheets and Drive)
- Aged within 40 years
