Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Company Secretarial department
- Assist the Company Secretarial staff with company secretarial and administrative matters
- Prepare communications such as emails, letters, notices, reports, memos, invoices, and other correspondence
- Perform data entry and data maintenance tasks
- Manage, maintain, and file documents and records (both physical and digital)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and other correspondence
- Perform other administrative and office management duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Malaysian citizen
- Computer literate and familiar with office software
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, articulate, and organised
- Experience in a company secretarial practice or legal firm is an advantage (no formal qualification required)
