Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Company Secretarial department
  • Assist the Company Secretarial staff with company secretarial and administrative matters
  • Prepare communications such as emails, letters, notices, reports, memos, invoices, and other correspondence
  • Perform data entry and data maintenance tasks
  • Manage, maintain, and file documents and records (both physical and digital)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and other correspondence
  • Perform other administrative and office management duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Computer literate and familiar with office software
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, articulate, and organised
  • Experience in a company secretarial practice or legal firm is an advantage (no formal qualification required)
