Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Promote and recommend menu options to customers
- Process customer payments accurately
- Keep the work environment and café seating area clean, sanitary, and organized
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns and feedback
- Evaluate and improve processes to enhance service efficiency and quality
- Assist in attracting new customers and refining the menu based on feedback
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (F&B or service industry preferred)
- SPM or equivalent certification
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction
