Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare audit and certification documents efficiently
- Assist in local and international audits
- Travel abroad with full support (allowance + bonuses)
- Manage license expiry timelines to ensure no surprises
- Support executives with admin work (travel planning, calendar management, reports)
- Act as the liaison between Malaysia HQ and overseas factories
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher education
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (for communication with China-based teams)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- A calm brain and a curious heart — we value attitude over credentials
Job Benefits:
- Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,800
- Monthly Travel Allowance: RM500 – RM1,500 (depends on projects)
