Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare audit and certification documents efficiently
  • Assist in local and international audits
  • Travel abroad with full support (allowance + bonuses)
  • Manage license expiry timelines to ensure no surprises
  • Support executives with admin work (travel planning, calendar management, reports)
  • Act as the liaison between Malaysia HQ and overseas factories

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher education
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (for communication with China-based teams)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • A calm brain and a curious heart — we value attitude over credentials

Job Benefits:

  • Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,800
  • Monthly Travel Allowance: RM500 – RM1,500 (depends on projects)
