Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support and maintain office organisation
  • Handle communications (emails, calls) and schedule appointments
  • Create and edit documents, reports, and marketing materials
  • Manage office inventory and supplies
  • Assist with basic financial tasks (e.g., invoicing, payments)
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma
  • Minimum SPM with Credit in Mathematics & English
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration
  • Basic knowledge of office management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Skilled in editing images, videos, and posters
  • Additional skills include experience with automotive service centre management systems, strong office management capabilities, and proficiency in using computers and editing apps
