Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support and maintain office organisation
- Handle communications (emails, calls) and schedule appointments
- Create and edit documents, reports, and marketing materials
- Manage office inventory and supplies
- Assist with basic financial tasks (e.g., invoicing, payments)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma
- Minimum SPM with Credit in Mathematics & English
- 1-2 years of experience in administration
- Basic knowledge of office management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skilled in editing images, videos, and posters
- Additional skills include experience with automotive service centre management systems, strong office management capabilities, and proficiency in using computers and editing apps
