Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly 1st-level support tasks (e.g., consumable delivery, activity tracking, manual meter reading)
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on devices
- Provide 1st-level response and assistance to customers, Helpdesk, MDS, and Ricoh
- Escalate hardware/software issues to Ricoh Helpdesk and update the team lead
- Offer support within the agreed service scope when needed
- Maintain detailed logs and generate reports (print solution & device management software) for the service desk and customer
- Develop a strong understanding of all machine features and operations
Job Requirements:
- SPM, Professional Certificate, or qualification in a relevant engineering field
- Good personality, self-motivated, and hardworking
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
