Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly 1st-level support tasks (e.g., consumable delivery, activity tracking, manual meter reading)
  • Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on devices
  • Provide 1st-level response and assistance to customers, Helpdesk, MDS, and Ricoh
  • Escalate hardware/software issues to Ricoh Helpdesk and update the team lead
  • Offer support within the agreed service scope when needed
  • Maintain detailed logs and generate reports (print solution & device management software) for the service desk and customer
  • Develop a strong understanding of all machine features and operations

Job Requirements:

  • SPM, Professional Certificate, or qualification in a relevant engineering field
  • Good personality, self-motivated, and hardworking
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
