- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer issues
- Maintain strong product knowledge to support customer needs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, both in writing and verbally
- Work collaboratively with team members
