Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate product information and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support customer needs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently, both in writing and verbally
  • Work collaboratively with team members
