Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on sales/orders with the respective salesperson and interact with customers to provide timely and efficient responses to inquiries or requirements about products and services
  • Fully support the salesperson in processing customer orders
  • Handle customer complaints and delivery discrepancies, providing feedback and resolutions
  • Liaise with inter-departments to ensure smooth delivery schedules to fulfill customer requirements
  • Monitor and tally internal records with customers for company assets (IBC, Drum & others)
  • Ensure accurate and timely database keying
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD/management with accuracy and within the given timelines

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer relations/services, preferably in a manufacturing background
  • Experience handling customer inquiries regarding product information/specifications
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and listening skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in data and documentation control such as Sales Orders, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage
  • Meticulous, service-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in support of the project and demands
