Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on sales/orders with the respective salesperson and interact with customers to provide timely and efficient responses to inquiries or requirements about products and services
- Fully support the salesperson in processing customer orders
- Handle customer complaints and delivery discrepancies, providing feedback and resolutions
- Liaise with inter-departments to ensure smooth delivery schedules to fulfill customer requirements
- Monitor and tally internal records with customers for company assets (IBC, Drum & others)
- Ensure accurate and timely database keying
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD/management with accuracy and within the given timelines
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer relations/services, preferably in a manufacturing background
- Experience handling customer inquiries regarding product information/specifications
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and listening skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in data and documentation control such as Sales Orders, delivery schedules, etc.
- Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage
- Meticulous, service-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in support of the project and demands
