Job Responsibilities:
- Download B2B PO daily and email branches for sales team further action
- Handle DC related tasks which involved upload/ key order in DMS, prepare fulfilment reports and set appointment if needed
- Answer phone calls and enquiries from salesperson, customers and drivers
- Assist in e-commerce order and chats if needed and backup others admin task when necessary
- Check PO from salesperson daily and send to warehouse team for supporting document upon delivery arrangement
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
- At least have SPM qualification
- Able to communicate in English and BM (Mandarin Speaker is an added advantage)
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
