Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth flow of goods
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain organized storage and ensure goods are properly labeled and stored
- Implement and improve warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Handle any issues related to damaged or missing goods and coordinate with the relevant parties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment in compliance with company and legal standards
Job Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good skill in inventory management
- Strong Organizational and time-management skill
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible with overtime
