Position: Chef De Partie / Assistant Chef

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day production fulfillment in the kitchen
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with daily raw material preparation
  • Conduct daily kitchen inspections and follow up with detailed reports and planning
  • Manage all aspects of food preparation including ingredient prep, weighing, cleaning, and machinery setup according to SOPs
  • Participate in the full kitchen process—from preparation to final products ready for shipment
  • Plan and monitor kitchen manpower and work schedules
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards; make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment following all rules and regulations
  • Comply with local health and safety regulations
  • Handle product complaints and respond to ad-hoc issues swiftly and effectively
  • Perform other duties or projects assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a central kitchen production role
  • Skilled in various cooking techniques and operating kitchen equipment
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passionate about high-quality food and creative presentation
  • Disciplined, diligent, and a team player willing to share and learn
  • Willing to work 6-day shifts, including extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
  • Ability to adapt to changes and rise to new challenges
