Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely debt recovery
- Contact clients via phone, email, and official letters to negotiate repayment plans or settlements
- Analyze customer accounts and financial status to recommend appropriate recovery actions
- Maintain accurate records of communications, payment agreements, and recovery progress
- Collaborate with internal departments (credit, legal, customer service) to resolve account issues
- Prepare and submit regular recovery reports to management
- Initiate legal action or refer cases to external collection agencies when necessary
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices
- Provide feedback to improve credit risk management and recovery procedures
- Handle customer objections tactfully and aim for amicable resolutions
Job Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen only
- Aged between 18 to 40 years old
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Proficient in Malay and English
- Able to work in Batu Caves area
- Basic computer literacy required
