Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the packing, loading, and dispatch of finished goods to customers
- Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to coordinate timely shipments
- Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complies with regulations
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse and distribution processes
- Analyse shipping data and generate reports to identify process improvements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping or logistics supervisory role
- Strong operational and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in logistics management software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation, and industry best practices
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A proactive problem-solver with a mindset for continuous improvement
