Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project progress and ensure all work meets quality and project standards
- Address and resolve on-site issues promptly, and report updates to the project manager
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, material usage, and project documentation
Job Requirements:
- Must be single
- Possess a valid vehicle driving license
- Own a personal vehicle
- Minimum qualification: SPM holder
- Willing to work overtime (OT)
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
