Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers
- Prepare and process job cards, repair orders, and invoices
- Coordinate between service advisors, technicians, and parts department
- Maintain customer records and service history accurately
- Handle warranty claims and follow up with manufacturers
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the service desk
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Job Requirements:
- Related field experience is an advantage
