Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their service needs
- Recommend services and upsell maintenance packages
- Create job cards and coordinate with technicians
- Provide updates and deliver vehicles to customers
- Handle billing, invoices, and basic admin tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
