Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations following management guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent customer service, process customer complaints or feedbacks, and respond to customer needs
- Maintain storefront inventory and continuously make necessary improvements for the front of house
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in F&B
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to motivate and lead a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in POS system and basic Microsoft Office applications
