Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other channels promptly and professionally
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with strong problem-solving skills
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and setup process
  • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to address customer needs
  • Maintain internal documentation and assist in developing user help guides and AI support content
  • Identify areas for improving customer experience and provide feedback to the team

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the tech industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with Hubspot Helpdesk software is a plus
