Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other channels promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with strong problem-solving skills
- Guide new clients through the onboarding and setup process
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to address customer needs
- Maintain internal documentation and assist in developing user help guides and AI support content
- Identify areas for improving customer experience and provide feedback to the team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the tech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Familiarity with Hubspot Helpdesk software is a plus
