Job Responsibilities:
- Provide intermediate-level support to customers via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Communicate pricing, shipping details, and order information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers regarding complex inquiries, claim investigations, and adjustments
- Process orders for new or additional products/services
- Support both inside and outside sales teams
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer files and records
- Handle first-level escalations and complex customer issues, escalating to specialists when necessary
- Assist in training new Customer Service Coordinators
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid product knowledge and customer handling experience
- Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good data entry skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and proactive in solving problems
