CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR)

Salary Range : RM 3,500.00 – 4,000.00

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide intermediate-level support to customers via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Communicate pricing, shipping details, and order information to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers regarding complex inquiries, claim investigations, and adjustments
  • Process orders for new or additional products/services
  • Support both inside and outside sales teams
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer files and records
  • Handle first-level escalations and complex customer issues, escalating to specialists when necessary
  • Assist in training new Customer Service Coordinators
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid product knowledge and customer handling experience
    • Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
    • Familiarity with ERP systems
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Good data entry skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
    • Self-motivated and proactive in solving problems
