Job Responsibilities:
- Buy/Plan ODM materials for IBC factory. Follow through the materials shipment arrivals and ensure continuous materials supply to production
- Manage the inventory level based on given targets
- Assist with all issues pertaining quality and/or technical relating to raw materials
- Capex project timeline follow up for Steel Drums factory in Singapore
- Process and manage the indirect materials purchases for Steel Drums and IBC factory
- Process and manage the indirect materials purchases for Steel Drums factory in Singapore
- Provide admin support for PR# / PO# for shared services for Steel Drums and IBC factory
- Provide admin support for item code / Business Partner creation, for Steel Drums and IBC factory
- Provide admin support for shipping documents & PR# for Steel Drums factory in Singapore
Job Requirements:
- Education : Degree/Diploma holder , Engineering (preferred)
- Experience : 3 to 5 years relevant experience
- Specific Skills / Business Knowledge :
- Good Communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Self Driven
- Principle of inventory management
