Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system
  • Collaborate with other departments to efficiently resolve customer problems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer needs
  • Adhere to service quality standards and company procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education: SPM (fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse customers and working independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
