Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to efficiently resolve customer problems
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer needs
- Adhere to service quality standards and company procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education: SPM (fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided)
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay
- Comfortable interacting with diverse customers and working independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
