Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Perform order processing, from sales orders to delivery instructions and prepare other relevant documents
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Collaborate with transporter and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Responsible for receiving and recording the movement of the stock (inventory management)
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing and responsible for basic admin job
- Ad hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Minimums possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Account or in any related field
- Working Experience: 2-3 years working experience in administrative, customer service, office management or any related field. (Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply)
- Computer literate, proficient in software such as SQL, Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- Possess good communication skills and must be able to work independently and under minimal
- Self-driven with positive working attitude, have strong attention to details
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
