Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor project quality plans, work programs, project cash flow, and preparation of progressive claims
• Oversee and manage all necessary project resources from start-up to completion, ensuring client expectations are met
• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor construction work on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare quantities for variation orders and quotations
• Ensure all installation, servicing, and maintenance works align with contract drawings, specifications, and work schedules
• Attend site progress meetings, coordination meetings, safety meetings, and inspections
• Participate in valuation of progress claims with clients and/or consultant representatives
• Ensure smooth transition of day-to-day project operations to Project Managers once fieldwork begins
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client portfolios through up-selling and cross-selling

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of air-conditioning systems and related HVAC spare parts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented
