ADMIN ASSISTANT (KUALA LUMPUR)

Education Qualification: Primary/ Secondary/ O level

Salary Range : RM 2,500.00 – 3,000.00

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, quotations, and disbursement trackers
- Follow up with customers regarding license renewals and expiry dates; prepare the necessary documentation
- Maintain and organize important records such as SIRIM documents and customer agreements
- Manage insurance applications, renewals, and related documentation
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative and operational projects
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Good communication skills, especially in following up with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or relevant software for documentation and tracking
