Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main communication link between customers, sales, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth order management
- Manage and process customer orders, coordinate daily delivery activities, provide timely delivery status updates, and ensure accurate invoicing
- Understand and identify customer needs, offering suitable solutions to meet their requirements
- Recommend cost-effective logistics providers to optimize delivery efficiency and cost
- Handle domestic and export shipments, including preparing and coordinating all necessary documentation
- Collaborate with purchasing and planning teams to support production and inventory tracking
- Maintain and update selling price records, sales forecasts, and prepare delivery/customer feedback reports and other ad-hoc reports as required
- Monitor customer account balances, outstanding payments, and assist in collection efforts
- Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the superior
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification; higher education is an advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced in managing export orders, including documentation, regulatory compliance, and logistics coordination
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively
