Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the In-Charge Nurse
• Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the dialysis centre
• Adhere to operational guidelines and procedures as outlined in the centre’s operation manual
• Supervise and provide on-the-job training for dialysis assistants
• Educate patients on renal diets and proper oral fluid control
• Prepare patients' case notes ahead of the doctor’s rounds or consultations
• Collect blood samples for laboratory tests as needed
• Ensure all dialysis machines are clean, safe, and functioning properly
• Administer medications in accordance with the protocol prescribed by the Consultant Nephrologist
• Maintain strict compliance with infection control guidelines at all times
• Promptly report any changes in a patient’s clinical condition to the Nurse In-Charge
• Participate in ongoing nursing education and training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a clinical or dialysis care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
