Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, clerical, and basic accounting support
  • Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
  • Coordinate interior design-related activities and prepare sample boards/material confirmations
  • Manage project documents and ensure proper filing and record-keeping
  • Handle correspondence with corporate clients professionally
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and handling candidate communications
  • Perform other duties as required by the management
  • Be a strong team player with the ability to work under pressure

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Administration, Quantity Survey, Accounting, or relevant field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Strong command of English; additional languages/dialects are a plus
  • Independent, responsible, fast learner, and looking for a long-term career
  • Willing to work in Petaling Jaya and liaise with corporate clients and suppliers
  • Own transport is an advantage
