Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, clerical, and basic accounting support
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate interior design-related activities and prepare sample boards/material confirmations
- Manage project documents and ensure proper filing and record-keeping
- Handle correspondence with corporate clients professionally
- Assist in scheduling interviews and handling candidate communications
- Perform other duties as required by the management
- Be a strong team player with the ability to work under pressure
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Administration, Quantity Survey, Accounting, or relevant field
- At least 2 years’ experience in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Strong command of English; additional languages/dialects are a plus
- Independent, responsible, fast learner, and looking for a long-term career
- Willing to work in Petaling Jaya and liaise with corporate clients and suppliers
- Own transport is an advantage
