What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the audit and assurance team.
  • Provide administrative support to the internal accounting team.
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain filing systems.
  • Handle correspondence, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with filing of audit-related documentation, and records management.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to facilitate processes.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm and align on submission deadlines.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Who we're looking for

  • SPM or equivalent and above in business administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in administration, preferably in an audit or accounting firm, is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL system is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
