What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the audit and assurance team.
- Provide administrative support to the internal accounting team.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain filing systems.
- Handle correspondence, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with filing of audit-related documentation, and records management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to facilitate processes.
- Communicate with clients to confirm and align on submission deadlines.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Who we're looking for
- SPM or equivalent and above in business administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in administration, preferably in an audit or accounting firm, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- SQL system is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
